SpartanWeb
Live course search is available on SpartanWeb. You will also register on SpartanWeb beginning at your assigned registration time (found on SpartanWeb). Resources including your unofficial transcript, degree guide, and What If Scenario can be found here as well. Use these to help plan you schedule and develop a 4 year graduation plan.

Registration Clearance
Students who have earned >90 credit hours are automatically cleared to register.
Students with <90 earned credit hours must be cleared by a faculty advisor in order to register for Fall/Spring semesters. In order to be cleared for registration, we must communicate either via email or in person. To be cleared via email, please send a message to [email protected] with the following information:

Graduation
Students planning to graduate in the next 2 semesters should make sure that all required Major and Baccalaureate courses have been completed. Use the degree guide AND the catalog to make sure you are positioned to graduate. The degree guide is often inaccurate so please keep track of your requirements.

- Date of anticipated gradation
- Your proposed course schedule (just the course names and numbers, not times/place, etc.).
- Brief statements telling me how each course applies to your degree (e.g., Major requirement, A/IG/NW designation, etc.)
- Please be mindful in planning your schedule that you need to satisfy both your Major requirements and your Baccalaureate experience requirements.
- An outline of your 4 year degree plan (classes you have taken each previous semester and that you plan to take in each upcoming semester) that CLEARLY identifies the Major and Baccalaureate Experience courses that you will still need to take prior to graduation. You may use the template provided during your first year BAC/HON course.
